Uses: Helps prevent sunburn when used as directed with other sun protection measures (see instructions); reduces the risk of skin cancer and early signs of aging caused by sun exposure. How to use: For sun protection, apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating. Reapply at least every two hours. Sun protection measures: Spending more time in the sun increases the risk of skin cancer and early aging signs. To reduce these risks, regularly use broad spectrum SPF 15 or higher sunscreen and other sun protection measures including: limiting sun exposure, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; wearing long-sleeved shirts, long pants, hats, and sunglasses.
